The projects started in 2010 and the Phase I Level 1 and Level 2 Condition assessment project. We used all the latest technology smart ball, sahara, BEM, UST, and sonar to check HRSD’s pipeline system for potential leaks and future failures. BCI also had the prompt repair contract to fix, replace and repair any critical sewer issues in the HRSD system. BCI was also awarded the Phase II condition assessment and on-call services contract. BCI has now been working on HRSD’s On call services work for over 10 years
